Dena and Shea are approachable and are involved with project work. The same goes for project managers. Companywide meetings are a casual and accepting environment that you feel you can speak out in. The opportunity to voice your opinion is not just reserved for project managers or if you have a certain amount of years of experience. The encouragement to follow your passions and research RFP’s for new work types is appreciated and is very inspiring. I also admire the solid female leadership here and the principals asking for genuine constructive feedback on how the company can be better.
